What is the Murder Herd?
The Murder Herd is a mature, pvp (player versus player) oriented online gaming community currently focused on the upcoming mmorpg the Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures.
We don't have a mission statement because mission statements are for bland, pathetic cubicle workers who need motivation. We are not here to grind away our lives for "phat lewt" or to look for "e-girlfriends" while sucking on cheeseburgers in smelly computer chairs. We are here to have fun at the expense of those players, to kill them repeatedly for no reason, to steal their "phat lewts" and then to kill their "e-girlfriends" repeatedly for no reason. But overall, we are here to enjoy the comradery of likeminded people.
Oh, and our leader is a chick.
On what server?
The Roleplaying Player verus Player Server (RP/PVP)
Why?
1) Because a lot of us happen to like roleplaying in a dark humorous fashion.
Hey you... uh... so we are going to like kill you an rape you and stuff, but if you surrender and give us your money freely, then we will kill you first and rape you later
2) Because all annoying 12-16 year old 'l334 d00ds' are scared to death of two things: Homosexuals and Roleplayers. We will play on the RP/PVP server because most of them will not.
What are the rules
Our most important laws are outlined within the Charter, this is a generalization of those laws as well as lesser rules.
The Charter Laws
Your mercy is never to be shown to anyone, regardless of any disadvantages they may have
You must never run from an opponent unless it is to gain a tactical advantage or to regroup
Your greed must never outweigh the needs of the Herd. Items and gold should be traded and exchanged within the guild
You must never boast, taunt or whine out of character. Saying lolerskates, I just wtf pwnt u b!tch or come on u **** **** attack me will get you kicked out permanently
Your oath is binding, once you join, you can never leave unless you are quitting the game or the server. Any member who voluntarily leaves or is banished will be killed on sight repeatedly
Anyone who is not in the Herd or does not bow in respect is an enemy
The Lesser Rules:
No Kids
No Alts
No Retards
No Drama
