New AoC Combat Videos at GameTrailers

There are several new videos available captured fresh from the latest press event in California on GameTrailers.com They don't look so good by my own admittance as the combat appears fairly robotic. From previews it certainly sounds like there is depth to the combat system, but visually it leaves much to be desired.

But hey, you don't have to agree with me, see for yourself!

wow, this is just.. these videos completely ruined my hype for this game. where is their fast paced skill oriented action? where is that new "revolutionary" mechanic of being able to aim at an opponent's hitboxes and slice off their heads with a skillful swing of your sword? all he kept doing was swinging his weapon right through that player. where is that powerful and dangerous magic that threatens to blow you up if you mess something up? that guy just stood there and casted while being hacked upon!

so close to release and this is where the game is at? very, very disappointing.
